The Chief Technical Officer role is to motivate and manage the Incredible Databranch TechnicalServices department to achieve the objectives of the company in terms of service and operationalexcellence, profitability, staff retention, client satisfaction and growth.The CTO will develop, implement, refine, and manage policies and procedures to ensureconsistent service levels and quick resolutions. Work directly with the staff in these areas to assist with day to day operations as well as manage daily staff issues and requests. Provides Project Management for new systems implementations and updates. Coordination of efforts surrounding lifecycle and patch management. Responsible for staff performance reviews, time and attendance, guidance and mentoring. Provides high level maintenance and support for all major systems on both a technical and application level. IT lead for all Business Applications. Lead role for all advanced NPR, custom programming, data extraction/transfers and systems automation. Works with Systems Administrators on efforts involving back end planning and configurations.Oversees IT projects for the Health System and leads critical projects that encompass multiple disciplines. Maintains a team environment to facilitate the needs of the Technical Services, Application Services and Customer Support sub groups.
