As the Commercial Market Leader in the Austin office, I work with the Austin team leaders to develop projects and team members in the central Texas area. I also work with the market leaders from our three other office locations (in San Antonio, Houston and Dallas) to prepare plans for projects across the state.

Brad Lingvai, President, is responsible for the operations and business development of the BIG RED DOG Austin office, to include the Land Development Civil Engineering and Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) Engineering teams. Having worked in Austin since 2000, both as a designer and project manager, he has extensive civil engineering experience and has worked on such landmark projects as the Domain and Mueller. Brad was one of three founders of BIG RED DOG, along with Will Schnier (CEO) and Bob Brown (President, Houston). The team under Mr. Lingvai’s direction communicates well and understands a development project’s process and timeline. They have experience engineering and permitting jobs as varied as urban mixed-use apartments to master-planned single-family subdivisions to industrial warehouse complexes. I finished my career at BPI as the project manager for the civil engineering design on the Domain in Austin, Texas. The project, which was a former IBM campus, is planned to be converted into a 173-acre mixed-use office, retail and residential development. My engineering responsibilities consisted of managing the design of the infrastructure utilities, including water, waste water, and drainage systems, locating the electric and telecommunications systems, and helping to coordinate the project consultant teams.
