I am a Pastor, Life Coach, Podcaster, Spiritual Advisor/Mentor, and so many other things that I need to be to fulfill my greatest mission in this world, which is to help establish the healthiest people possible to work in the healthiest environments possible, to build the healthiest organizations possible and create the greatest impact possible in their industries. Studies show that the healthier the culture is of an organization is, the longer people stay and the more committed they are to it. Therefore, I have found that the greatest way I can leave my impact on the world is by helping every organization establish cultural health.We have been able to establish healthy leaders in the church world through a curriculum of leadership that helps people focus on an empowering leadership structure that lends the "healthy culture model". In addition, we've been able to see the results reproduced in varying locations such as the Bronx, NY and Pensacola, FL signifying that regardless of where people are, the model works. This has been possible through a considerable amount of experience in the corporate world with over 6 years of managerial experience and 12 years of consulting experience in varying industries from sales to an account representative. Also, in the church world having been raised by a Pastor and now having stepped into a Lead Pastor role myself. This experience in both worlds has helped me coach many pastors, organizational leaders, and business owners to establish a healthy staff/volunteer culture, free up focus and energy to place in the proper areas, bring clarity to vision, and execute at the highest possible level.
