Brad’s current practice focuses on preparation and prosecution of patent applications, intellectual property litigation, and opinion preparation.Brad has worked on numerous intellectual property litigation matters concerning patent infringement, trademark infringement, trade dress infringement, trade secrets, copyright infringement, unfair competition, antitrust, and false patent marking. He also has prepared and prosecuted patent applications with significant experience in automotive technologies. Brad also has experience with patent reexamination proceedings, International Trade Commission (ITC) proceedings concerning the import of goods covered by domestic patent rights, patentability searches and reports, patent clearance searches, patent infringement analysis, and clearance opinion work. Prior to joining Harness Dickey, Brad worked as an intern and then as an associate intellectual property attorney at Dickinson Wright, a large general practice firm in the Detroit area.While in law school, Brad worked as an intern for the in-house legal department at John Mezzalingua Associates d/b/a PPC, a leading telecommunications hardware manufacturer.
