With expertise in real estate, asset management, investments, and business development, I built my company from the ground up. Recognized as an Inside Self-Storage Top Operator of 2021, Purely Storage has become a true industry leader.With a passion for investment spanning back to my college days, I was never a stranger to entrepreneurial endeavors involving buying and selling real estate. After selling my first property management company to one of my college professors at Brigham Young University, I went on to work as a broker for the two largest real estate services companies in the world, CBRE, and Marcus & Millichap, where I was a consistent top 10 producer. As only one of two individuals specializing in self-storage brokerage in California at the time, I am humbled to have been a pioneer for what is currently a booming industry. With an ambition to go further, I began purchasing and managing my own properties with a focus on self-storage investments. As a licensed pilot, I have a deep passion for all things aviation. When I’m not in the office, I might be found enjoying a flight to faraway places. If I’m not soaring through the sky, I enjoy motoring along the California coast with my wife Becky and 5 wonderful children.
