CurrentSignificant involvement, including Sr. Task Manager and Project Manager responsibilities in $60M military fuels leak detection testing program to provide programmatic and technical support for environmental and engineering assessments for Department of Defense fuel systems worldwide. Project purpose is to provide fuel system integrity and leak detection testing of bulk storage tanks, pipelines, and related components in order to meet federal/state/local and host nation regulations. Additionally develop and provide condition reports, release detection support, optimization, and support pollution prevention activities in support of over 540 Department of Defense fuel and petroleum facilities worldwide as well as annual pressure tests, integrity tests and retests, hydrocarbon sensor evaluations, 5-year Unified Facilities Criteria Tests, spill control and tank management plan development, rapid response testing, operations and maintenance (O&M) manual development, and environmental compliance support tests of fuel systems, leak detection and evaluation, and retests to meet and comply with Defense Logistics Agency-Energy requirements.Also provide multi-media environmental consulting and program support for a variety of environmental auditing projects, stormwater management projects, and hazardous waste projects. Extensive experience with developing environmental audit protocols, development of stormwater pollution prevention plans, spill prevention control and countermeasure plans, hazardous waste (and integrated) contingency plans, industrial stormwater permit development, and support of pollution prevention projects.
