I organize the inbound and outbound shipments to be loaded or unloaded.(6 - 10 forklift drivers) Keeping to a dock schedule of which loads need to go out on what dates. We also have "live" loads in which the truck needs to be loaded within 2 hours of him/her showing up on time with the dock schedule. All paperwork for the shift is in order and filed at the end of the shift.

Developed and implemented the Dish IRB process. Worked closely with DNS, Service, Distribution, Sales executives, and planners obsolete parts we no longer. Sold or scrapped the material on hand. Ran reports monthly and presented them to accounting. Held monthly meetings with all of the department heads to go over some of the high dollar value items that are in IRB. Seek approval from executives on high dollar parts. SERVICE CLERK - Processed customer/employee orders through Oracle. Developed and/or tested the following processes before implementation: Intelligent shipping 1-4, IRISO, Internal ordering tool, and Clarify RMA. Managed Raw, pkout wip, and whs subinventories. Handled daily, quarterly, and year end cycle counts on the subinventories stated before. Processed move orders and special requests for VP's and customers.
