• Prepared and oversaw preparation of over 1,200 daily meals for over 400+ sailors aboard (CG-56) USS San Jacinto.• Lead and supervised one to two personnel in food preparation, sanitation and other various duties in the Chief Petty Officers Mess.• Lead a team of two-three personnel in Food Preparation, Sanitation, House Keeping, and other various duties in the Officers Wardroom.• Assigned, trained and certified in Damage Control Petty Officer duties that included Fire Fighter Team Leader during Damage Control situations. Promoted general upkeep of various items aboard ship including Fire Hoses, Pumps, Air Ventilation and Fire Extinguishers.• Promoted to Second Class Petty Officer in under four years obtaining several certifications in various maintenance, damage control, sanitation and food preparatory duties. Received five medals and eight ribbons during course of four years of honorable service, including the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for recognition of four years of outstanding service while performing basic duties.
