-Leading and inspiring the creative team, conceptualizing and executing high-quality visual and design projects, and ensuring the creative output meets business objectives.-Developing and directing the artistic vision for a project or campaign, creating visual concepts and designs, and leading a team of designers and artists.-Overseeing the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time and on budget, and managing a team of designers and creatives.-Developing and executing a brand's visual identity and messaging across all channels, including print, digital, and social media.Developing and executing marketing strategies that align with the brand's values and goals, overseeing campaigns, and analyzing data to measure success.-Overseeing digital initiatives, including website design and development, social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.-Developing and executing creative strategies that align with business objectives, researching industry trends and insights, and collaborating with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging.-Overseeing the creation and execution of content marketing strategies, managing a team of writers and creatives, and ensuring content is aligned with brand messaging.-Overseeing the design and execution of user experiences, including website and app design, interactive installations, and experiential marketing campaigns.-Managing the production process, from ideation to final product, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and on budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Conduct an ongoing variety of fitness classes and set up individual fitness programs for patrons on various equipment and ensuring that the patron fully understand how to safely exercise and operate all equipment. Applies knowledge of fitness techniques and programs to provide a variety of fitness programs and instructions such as introduction to fitness, lifestyle changes, basic toning, circuit training, aerobic conditioning training. Recommends means for modifying cardiovascular risk factors, body fat and improving nutritional habits within guidelines recommended by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Screen participants for cardiovascular risk factors prior to exercise via a medical history and health habits questionnaire. Enforces all rules and regulations for the fitness center. Ensure the fitness programs are maintained in accordance with MWR and Navy regulations and instructions. Issue workout charts and other additional paperwork. Attends fitness meetings, workshops and seminars presented by the Fitness Manager and other outside organization. Keeps up to date on the latest training techniques and developments. Performs other duties as assigned.

Operate and maintain Naval Nuclear propulsion plants and associated equipment; supervise and administer naval nuclear propulsion plant operations; thoroughly understand reactor, electrical, and mechanical theory involved in the operation of the nuclear reactor, steam plant, propulsion plant, and auxiliary equipment; posses a detailed knowledge of reactor and steam plant chemistry and radiological controls; operate, maintain, and repair (organizational and intermediate level) ship propulsion machinery, auxiliary equipment, and outside machinery, such as: air compressors, distilling plants, propulsion turbines, electric power generation turbines, shaft line components, and air conditioning equipment; operate and maintain propulsion plant systems (organizational and intermediate level) such as feed and condensate, steam, hydraulic, seawater systems, air, potable water, lubricating oil and oil purification, reactor auxiliary and support systems, pumps, valves, and heat exchangers; perform tests, transfers, and inventory of lubricating oils, fuels, and water; maintain records and reports; and generate and stow industrial gases on both surface and sub-surface ships.

Responsible for repairing equipment in emergency situations while underway on naval submarines; proficient with different types of welding - arc, tungsten inert gas, and brazing; maintain welder proficiency on a yearly basis.
