As a student assistant in the Bureau of Workforce Transformation I conduct research to inform executive branch policymaking, collaborate with coworkers to develop policy (Example: member of team which drafted the proposal for the Michigan Energy Corps), draft grant agreements, prepare presentation materials, data management and analysis, as well as assist the Division Director with correspondence, position framing, etc.

Collaborated with coworkers to draft and edit Departmental policy and inter-Bureau agreements, conducted research across multiple areas within the purview of the Department (including the relative external costs of major forms of energy production, oil-spill remediation costs, and foreign offshore oil regulation programs) and integrated findings into briefing documents for the Secretary.
