Direct day-to-day operations, to include sales, marketing, operations, equipment maintenance, SOP compliance, credit card/cash transactions, database management, and opening/closing of facility. Promote sale of individual/family full-service packages and/or annual memberships to prospective clients. Conduct facility tours, perform client needs assessment, evaluate areas and level of pain, and determine best treatment plans. Manage the preparation, maintenance, and safety protocol of all business equipment; accountable for equipment orientation, demonstration and customer safety during operation. • Implement seasonal promotions/sales; revamped pricing structure to increase revenues/market share.• Maintain sales closure rate of 50%+.• Serve as Operations Manager, as needed.

Conducted one-on-one quarterback skills training to middle school athletes. Developed mechanics, passing technique, footwork, defensive reads, and game strategies. Trained an average of 5 athletes per week.

Provided group instruction/drills on footwork, mechanics, pass-drop techniques, and game management for up to 10 quarterbacks per session. Watched films, assessed player development, and created game plans/plays. • Trained high school quarterbacks; 17+ now in college programs, including future D-1 scholarship recipient.
