My job duties have been to oversee the day to day operations of project managers, estimators, engineers and designers, contractors, shipping / receiving and anywhere from thirty to forty shop personnel. To build and maintain a strong team environment so that project schedules and budgets are met consistently. My customer relationship skills allow me to meet and converse with owners, engineers, production managers and field crews. I have experience in making presentations and providing quotations to upper management in small and large companies. I have worked with CAD departments to design and produce construction drawings to complete projects on schedule and on budget. I have AutoCAD experience and understand how to read blueprints and fabrication drawings.I have extensive experience as an estimator and project manager for custom metal fabrication in themining industry as well as other industrial, commercial and construction applications.With my experience I can travel to customer sites and meet with upper management to define the scope of work and generate project cost estimates. I am able to manage projects from initial client contact through completion and acceptance. My experience has been within various industries that have given me a wide range of knowledge and allows me to adapt to any business type.
