Maintained and supported the Harmon Associates Win database, Wood and Fiber Supply Wood Operations (Wood Ops) database, and the Financial Reports database. The Harmon Associates Win database supports the client-server data required for facilitating the brokering of more than one hundred thousand tons per week of recycled materials between sellers and purchasers. Wood Ops handles each facet of payment for all raw material used at every GP manufacturing plant and are in excess of six million dollars for over ten thousand loads of raw materials per week.  Assumed database administrative responsibility for the Wood Ops database in the beginning stages of its development. Directed the migration of all database changes through each phase of the development process. Reduced database change migration errors from thirty percent to zero.  Wood Ops reduced the number of databases from thirty decentralized atypical databases to a single centralized one. Completed roll-out to all regions in four years. Lobbied for segmented data in one database verses one database per region. This was fortuitous for in the following years the accounting administration for all regions was rolled into one region. Wood Ops reduced the number of needed DBA’s from ten to one as compared to the previous project. Managed all database model changes and maintained the data dictionary during the development phase through the maintenance phase of the Wood Ops database. This bestowed consistent object naming and a database that provided for greater ease of use in current and future development. Contributed SQL stored procedures in MS SQL and iSeries SQL (ANSI SQL) during application development for subsequent enhancement projects. Developed Migration Checklist to ensure all other aspects of migrations were considered and completed, reducing migration errors by ten percent.
