As the founder and one of seven directors of NoQ, I was responsible for the overall guidance of the business, strategic direction, equity raising, debt funding, corporate governance as well as investor communications. My duties as an executive director were to provide a direct communication channel to the board, including the formulation of board papers and research papers, in order to keep directors up to speed in a rapidly evolving business and market.
