Prospected, valued, bid for and closed on > $1B of commercial real estate assets (4MM SF office) as part of a three-person originations team. Developed data-driven investment strategy tools, including priority market identification, funding structure optimization, and Early Warning System automation to identify market inflection points.

Audited multiple GE businesses and presented key findings to senior management. Earned Six Sigma Black Belt and gained ~1 year of international experience in Japan, Belgium, Netherlands, UK and Italy.
