I am a senior financial leader with nineteen years of investment banking, principal investing and corporate development experience at top global banks and corporations. With deep exposure to a variety of transaction sizes and structures across dynamic, technology-driven industries, I developed a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through the deal process, with over 75 transactions closed. I currently lead corporate development for Americas regions at Eurofins, a public life sciences company with >6.5B revenues completing 40+ transactions globally each year. I support our regional business leaders as well as our global leadership in Belgium in advising and executing on inorganic growth objectives within the Americas. Prior to Eurofins, I was a member of Comcast NBCUniversal’s (NASDAQ: CMCSA) global corporate development team for over a decade. I supported corporate and business units on M&A strategy and execution. This includes mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other equity-related activities.Earlier in my career, I was at Merrill Lynch, initially as an investment banking analyst and then as an associate in the Principal Investments group.I earned an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, and a BS from the Schreyer Honors College at Penn State University.
