-Responsible for the execution of virtual events, ensuring that all logistics requirements are carried out according to the needs of our clients. -Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all operational requirements of the events are fulfilled.-Manage a team of 6 Event Coordinators-Deliver and develop meeting service standards and other event services related processes

(Position Eliminated due to COVID-19)- Responsible for hotels top customer accounts and events with value ranging in size from 10 – 1,500 people including corporate meetings, association tradeshows, church retreats, executive board meetings, employee celebrations, sales meetings and awards banquets - Achieve quarterly upsell goal of an added 2 – 5% of additional revenue for each assigned account - Analyze and evaluate success of account business and events based on marketing goals and objectives - Deliver and develop meeting service standards and other event services related processes - Assist with monthly forecasting and yearly budget process - Lead the Event Team to maximize revenues and ensure repeat or new business through excellent service and exceeding the desired expectations of our clients - Collaborate with clients and staff to create events to enhance client engagement with creative tailored solutions - Manage all assigned accounts and events with clients including contract negotiation, verification and modification of event space requirements, times, equipment, menus, housing and audiovisual.
