Brad leads the Strickland Solutions team as M-Files Partner. The Strickland Solutions team has won multiple awards from M-Files including North America Partner of the Year, Best Custom Software Integration and multiple VIP awards throughout our 8 years as an M-Files Partner. Under Brad's leadership, TSG has successfully implemented in North America the first M-Files Idol implementation, and has built many custom web applications used by M-Files Clients. TSG has niche implementation verticals including Energy, Financial, Accounting, and Food Industry.

• Responsible for the integration of relational database technologies into the mainstream business processes of a petroleum engineering firm. • Directed the development of an engineering toolkit, consisting of scientific and engineering programs and graphics. • Introduced concepts of RAD, and object oriented development in a previously FORTRAN only shop. Led development team in the creation of an engineering database repository with corresponding integration with “best of breed” petroleum engineering applications.• Develop custom software to facilitate the company’s primary efforts of Reserves and Economics (R&E), Litigation, and Field Studies.

• Responsible for enterprise wide computing solutions including computer systems, software, communications interfaces, vendor relationships, purchasing, planning and systems design for a multi-million dollar environmental laboratory and software subsidiary.• Converted MIS department from a cost center into a profit center through sales and consulting associated with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). • Utilized RAD, IE, and prototype development methodologies within an open systems, Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE), client server, object oriented and 4GL programming environment.

• Worked with management to develop and implement the first corporate computer system. Performed analysis of manual paper based system, and participated in the selection of computer hardware and software application development tools. Directed the development of in-house LIMS, including hardware and software specifications, and systems design. Using Speed II, a fourth generation programming language, developed kernel of LIMS system in four months. This project was very successful, and facilitated the rapid growth of the Laboratory, which approached 30% to 40% per year.• Developed corporate accounting systems, integrated LIMS DP/WP systems and communications protocols. The communications network allowed TALEM to manage a multi-million dollar cleanup of a chemical disaster which was more than 1,500 miles from the laboratory by supplying mission critical data for on site project management.
