Readiness Analyst
CurrentInformation Readiness Representative: Acts as the liaison between the company and its subsidiaries on information readiness matters. Provides guidance and support to the company's staff and subsidiaries on readiness issues. Collaborates with external partners to fulfill information readiness requirements. Develops and implements company-wide policies and procedures based on regulatory guidelines. Provides clear, directive advice to internal stakeholders. Participates in relevant seminars and workshops to stay updated on readiness best practices.Unit Status Report (USR) Coordinator: Manages the coordination of USRs for the company. Conducts audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. Processes USRs in a timely manner for submission to relevant authorities. Provides feedback and assistance to subsidiaries on USR errors. Compiles and analyzes USR data to assess readiness levels and recommends improvement strategies. Coordinates with external partners to secure training resources. Prepares and presents reports to company leadership.DRRS-A or SRS Program Specialist: Acts as the company's main point of contact for DRRS-A or SRS programs. Manages workload associated with DRRS-A or SRS. Utilizes DRRS-A for data input and extraction. Develops programs and queries to support readiness objectives. Plans and schedules readiness programs, including training and mobilization planning. Ensures compliance with readiness program requirements. Participates in compliance reviews of subsidiary organizations.Administrative Support: Handles administrative tasks related to the company's readiness program. Develops and maintains operating procedures. Manages files and records. Offers recommendations for program improvement. Attends meetings and participates in planning sessions. Prepares and delivers briefings to company leadership.
