I began my career in the equipment finance industry in 2015 after graduating from West Texas A&M University. My career quickly accelerated, and I was namedChief Operating Officer and later President of a small ticket equipment leasing company in 2017. I led the company to strong YOY growth until late 2019 where I joined the Quality Equipment Finance (Quality Leasing) team. In July 2021 I was named Head of Sales at Quality Equiopment Finance. In this role, I led the company to significant sales growth, strengthened company culture and vision, and implemented strategic technology and growth initiatives.I am the Founder and President of Marshall Capital Group; a nationally recognized commercial equipment financing company based in South Texas.
