Following Ajilon's acquisition of Modis, I was asked to move into a new role, working with multiple teams in markets throughout the Southeast. Our team started out with 5 markets and had been involved with 15 by the end of my tenure. Our group was a growth leader and successfully opened several new branches. Near the end of my time at Modis, the company divested the Managed Services business (which had been re-branded Idea) and became a pure play IT Staffing and Recruiting business.

This was the original Ajilon. We provided IT Consulting and Managed Services (Software Development, Application Management and Software Quality Assurance). Several acquisitions and divestitures later, the brand is now attached to a completely different business.In 2005, we relocated our family to Houston to work with a great team in a larger market. During my tenure, we added the Austin territory and started to develop San Antonio. This was another great experience delivering Professional Services with a first-rate team and wonderful clients. Working together, we were recognized as the District of the Year in 2005 and 2009.

I was originally a consultant for Ajilon (at Sprint), then accepted a full time Manager position with the client and became an Ajilon customer. I was later offered an opportunity to become an Account Executive for Ajilon and focus on the growth of our Managed Service offerings (Software Development, Application Support and Software Quality Assurance). Working with a stellar team and some great clients, we led the company in growth (District of the Year in 2001) and delivered great quality work.

Started as a consultant and converted to full time employee. I led a team responsible for Object Oriented Analysis and Design practices. We were directly responsible for some software development projects and acted as mentors and consultants on others.
