Sole QA Engineer for a team that included 7 developers creating a variety of software for a physical therapy company with over 750 clinics nationwide. Developed hundreds of test cases, wiki documents, user, troubleshooting and technical documentation for numerous web applications, third party electronic health record/billing, Power BI Dashboard data science and analysis, and reports. Wrote hundreds of automated test cases and suites for web and mobile applications, and for a third party patient management application that had a proprietary scripting language with no documentation and little support. Recently furloughed due to a big decline in patient visits because of Covid-19.

Tested new code and features and regression testing of web apps and chrome extensions, on multiple browsers, O/S, and devices (mobile and desktop) for a leading multi-family leasing software company providing innovative business intelligence/analytics, transcription, and CRM solutions. Developed automated testing using Katalon Studio, Robot Framework, and Selenium automation tools. White box testing and data validation of app database queries, and stored procedures using developer tools, Fiddler web debugger, and others. Wrote test cases, tech notes, and new employee documentation, to help easily get and keep myself and others knowledgeable about apps and tools, and limit QA, and developer time explaining concepts.

Integral part of a two-person QA team testing enterprise, mission-critical transportation software, in two week sprints, onsite and telecommuting, for the nation's largest refrigerated trucking company. Worked closely with eight programmers, over four in the US, and over four in Costa Rica, in white and black box testing, creating and editing SQL queries, Postman and SoapUI for API testing, running/monitoring quartz jobs, to find the root causes of issues and assist in getting them resolved in a timely manner. Tested web applications, and mobile iOS and Android applications. Worked on a wide variety of projects including: payroll, PTO, truck maintenance, driver recruiting, incentives and awards, driver job openings, refrigeration monitoring, and warranty claims, etc.

Created, developed, and added to an automated testing framework for web application and mobile application testing using Selenium WebDriver, and Eggplant/SenseTalk, in an Agile/SCRUM environment, with OnTime for reporting issues, and a GitHub repository. Simplified installs, streamlined processes, created and implemented money saving methods, and testing for both Utah and outsourced employees in the Philippines.

Quickly obtained Utah life insurance license and sold final expense insurance from warm leads with a partner. Further developed interpersonal communication skills and sales experience and skills.

Provided, documented, and helped implement ideas to get automated testing working effectively in multiple browsers against multiple databases for a leading e-commerce, business to government, software company. Obtained Department of Defense security clearance and performed manual and automated testing, and wrote detailed test cases, for complex requirements.

Designed, wrote, scripted, and administered automated tests to perform preliminary regression tests on latest builds (mostly black box but some white box testing) for a leading newspaper software (cloud and premise InterSystems Cache/ CSP, J2EE, SQL, JavaScript based) company.
