I've been fortunate to have been able to initialize multiple new roles at early stage and mature organizations over the course of my career. Most recently, I've established a global PMO for deployment of infrastructure to support hundreds of cloud customers.Along the way I've developed, deployed and managed systems that acquire business content for the purpose of establishing new processes, or improving existing ones. I've created and expanded formal networks that exchange structured business documents, and informal networks that collect consumer-generated content.I've led successful ecommerce teams with operations, architecture, and business process management responsibilities. I've grown networks to several times their original size on time, and under budget. I've also worked with software and consulting groups where I helped other organizations do the same.Recognized for my abilities to:• Deliver dozens of complex projects across multiple products in all regions where my global organization operates• Manage outsourced teams and develop the processes they use to deliver work• Set and exceed goals for expanding data collection networks, including social media and B2B eCommerce trading partners• Create detailed project plans and manage projects to on-time, on-budget completion• Specify systems and solutions that enable companies to rapidly implement new networks and receive maximum return on investment• Develop and deliver training and presentations on new business processes for internal users and external partnersSpecialties: • Social media data acquisition tools and partnerships (Kapow, Mozenda, Boardreader, Gnip, others)• B2B eCommerce and EAI systems design, operations and technical support• Offshore technical support organization development• Business process management (BPM)• Hands-on database work
