Current- Oversees all online advertising channels, including but not limited to: email marketing, search engine optimization, website design/creative, pay-per-click marketing, social media marketing, and more.- Implements all marketing efforts and ensures their effectiveness, including budget management, ROI analysis, awareness of the bottom line, etc. Constantly monitor existing marketing efforts and research new ways to increase customer base.- Extremely well versed in Google Analytics with a strong understanding of how to build customized reporting and slice up data in a way that uncovers areas of improvement and opportunity.- Experience with planning, designing, and developing national TV ads for the purpose of direct response and brand building. Also knowledgeable on how to best track the effectiveness of TV campaigns through online analytics and how to determine the best times and slots for optimal results.- Heavy part of website design/usability, ensuring that the website has the best possible chance to convert visitors into customers. Constantly analyzing multivariate A/B testing to ensure the best user experience and road to conversion.- Ensures that traditional marketing efforts such as radio, television, print, etc. geared towards the Golfballs.com Retail Center are effective in driving foot traffic into a brick-and-mortar environment.
