My education, work experiences, and athletic experience have made me the right person for many different job opportunities. My education consists of a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in marketing from Lincoln Memorial University (LMU) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from LMU. . Furthermore, I increased my knowledge of business principles to bring to any company. After receiving my MBA, I started working in GEICO’s Management Development Program. During this program, I gained knowledge in leading, motivating, and developing a team of agents to achieve individual, team, and company goals. In addition, I gained experience in sales, customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment. I completed the program in just 11 months and was promoted to a Supervisor in Emergency Road Service. As a Supervisor, I had manage my time between developing and motivating a team of agents while handling various other projects. My experience with GEICO allowed me to gain knowledge in many different areas. While obtaining my MBA, I work as a graduate assistant for J. Frank White Academy as their marketing consultant. As a consultant, I developed a marketing plan to increase J. Frank White Academy’s enrollment. Additionally, I did an internship with D1 Sports Training, where I oversaw various administrative, operational tasks, and helped orchestrate the annual Eric Berry summer football camp.Lastly, I played four years of varsity baseball while obtaining my Bachelor degree. I was elected Team Captain, which allowed me to develop a variety of leadership skills. In addition to setting an example on the field, I also set an example for my teammates by managing my time with the extensive travel involved in college athletics while also being part of various education organizations. As a result, I was able to graduate in four years with Cum Laude honors. From these experiences, I have learned what it takes to work as a team to achieve my goals.
