I hold a BS degree in Marketing with a minor in Sales from Illinois State University. Since 2006, I’ve built a comprehensive understanding of the insurance industry, starting at a major insurance carrier's headquarters in the marketing department. Transitioning to sales for a marketing company further sharpened my ability to connect with clients' needs. Later, representing a Fortune 500 insurance company, I deepened my knowledge of supplmental benefit plans. Since 2012, I have been a Senior Advisor at Ware Group, refining my expertise in voluntary benefit plan and carrier design, successful enrollment strategies, and high-level service.Currently, I am the Commercial Risk and Ancillary Benefits Advisor at Bailey Family Insurance (BFI), where I specialize in delivering quick and efficient business insurance solutions while focusing on building and maintaining strong client relationships. My proficiency also extends to ancillary and supplemental benefits in collaboration with the Ware Group.Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my wife and three children. I love exploring nature through hikes, staying active at the gym, attending live music events, and getting lost in a good book. I also enjoy planning trips to new destinations and discovering hidden gems in local communities.
