As a registered patent attorney, I have drafted and prosecuted hundreds of patent applications in numerous technology areas, including artificial intelligence and machine learning, financial services, telecommunication, computer networking, digital streaming, electronic health record technology, digital display, blockchain/web3, mobile applications, and medical devices, among many others.I have also enforced and defended my clients' patented technology and other protected IP before federal district courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).Leveraging my years of IT experience and IP expertise, I also counsel clients with respect to various technology agreements and licenses, data privacy, and cybersecurity concerns.
