Through our master Technology Marketplace term contract, 21Tech, either on its own, or through our Xtech joint venture, has completed many significant projects including building out San Francisco's 311 Call Center, implementing multiple Enterprise Asset Management applications, delivering ERP and HCM applications and implementing permitting and taxation systems. We are currently implementing Infor's Enterprise Asset Management application across all of San Francisco's Municipal Transportation Agency with multiple business units running in Production.21Tech is one-half of a joint venture – Xtech – through which the majority of government contracts are conducted. 21Tech has worked both as a Prime and a Sub to government clients.

Xtech provides cross-platform hardware, software, and network integration services, with extensive engineering and technical support before, during and after the sale as well as a complete set of IT professional services that includes business consulting, technology consulting and outsourcing. We specialize in datacenter design and consolidation, virtualization, asset management and enterprise application implementations. Xtech holds the largest Technology Marketplace contract with the City and County of San Francisco - a master procurement contract vehicle for IT equipment, software and maintenance, training and professional IT services. This contract is available for use by any public or non-profit agency within the US, including State, County or Local government throughout the US.
