I am a results-oriented individual that gets lots of satisfaction from getting projects completed. My studies in engineering made me an astute problem solver. I’ve been given consistent feedback throughout my career that a core strength is my ability to look at a problem, quickly break it down into its requisite pieces and identify the most important areas to focus on and identify solutions.I believe managing stakeholder expectations is the thing that is truly critical to the success of any project. It does no good to tell someone you can accomplish what you cannot; or to not communicate an issue in the hopes that you will resolve it before it “really” becomes a problem. For all the time, effort and energy organizations put into following methodologies and creating project plans, the true key to project success is communicating and working closely with your stakeholders to ensure they know what is going on and that they can provide you with the input you need to make the right decision.I have worked on business transformation and software implementation projects for 20 years.
