1. Own client relationship life cycle and key touch points in the customer journey line;2. Responsible for revenue management and documentation. Primary owner of all renewal / upsell opportunities in territory, while working collaboratively with others to identify cross-sell opportunities and meet regional goals.3. Develop, plan, lead, and implement strategies to ensure customer success across product lines with goal of 95% renewal rate;4. Collaborate with inside partners to identify upsell, cross sell, and expansion opportunities across the west;5. Manage and facilitate internal communication, including Salesforce opportunity management, project management, and renewal activity.

My current role is responsible for the design, development, execution, and delivery of professional services in support of the Core HMH product suite. This includes management of a US-based field staff that includes full and part time employees. Also included within my responsibilities are strategy development,pre-sale/post-sale support for the Math in Focus Product and our Learning Technology Solutions group

I currently lead national sales efforts, strategic partnerships, events, and training.
