In Brad's previous role as the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Falvey, he was responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to grow business, expand market share, and enhance brand recognition. He worked closely with the Falvey underwriting, marketing, and operations teams to identify and pursue new opportunities, optimize company products and services, and strengthen broker relationships. He is a graduate of the Andrew Beazley Broker Academy at Lloyds of London and received the Business Insurance Breakout Award in 2020. Brad is a member of the Mariners Club of Massachusetts and other maritime-focused associations and is also a member of the Narragansett Lions Club Charity Foundation.
