Brad is an institutional investment professional with over 30 years of experience from the perspective of an asset owner, asset manager, institutional consultant, and most recently as a portfolio company owner/operator. Brad has been a successful research leader in all institutional asset classes and specific deep domain expertise across private markets. Most recently, Brad made a direct private equity investment and became an owner/operator of Quality Trim (a manufacturer of trim products used in numerous industries including marine, apparel, and furniture). He is very proud that under his ownership the company’s vendor score was raised from -13 to 100 in one year (just ask him, he’ll tell you all about it!)!Previously, Brad was the leader of Willis Towers Watson’s investment research efforts in the Americas based in the New York office. Brad joined Towers Watson in 2012 having 20 years of industry experience. In this capacity, Brad was responsible for research and evaluation of investment management products and firms as well as issues and trends in the global investment industry.Mr. Morrow also has in-depth knowledge of private market investment products such as private equity, infrastructure, and real estate and provides strategic advice on structuring and implementation of private market portfolios. Brad is a frequent speaker at industry events.Prior to joining Willis Towers Watson Brad was a Partner at a private equity fund of funds, Calder Capital Partners. In this role Brad led research on private equity funds and sat on the Investment Committee. Prior to this Brad led private market research at Hammond Associates and then Summit Strategies Group. In the 1990s Brad was the Deputy Chief Investment Officer in charge of Private Markets at the Teachers’ Retirement System of the State of Illinois. He has a Bachelor of Business and a Masters of Business Administration from Western Illinois University and is a CFA charterholder.
