I work across approx. 7 teams & subsystems to expand Nike’s custom-built internal communications platform to countries all across the globe. I manage multiple work streams, stakeholders, bugs and enhancements to deliver lightning fast, highly personalized, transactional & marketing messages to consumers via their ideal communication channel. My work is very technical, time-sensitive and always fun.

I lead a brilliant team of Nike engineers responsible for delivering Nike’s global 15B+ messages/year across the SMS, Push, Email & Social channels.
