Bradford Rossi is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Allied Industrial Partners. AIP is a lower-middle market private equity firm that applies an operationally focused, thematic approach to invest in high-growth industrial companies. AIP is headquartered in Houston, TX.Brad is responsible for AIP’s strategic direction and firm oversight, and is actively involved in sourcing, evaluating, executing and monitoring all investments. He applies more than 15 years of executive leadership, transactional and private equity experience to partner with industrial companies.Prior to co-founding AIP, Brad served as a Partner with a lower-middle-market industrial focused private equity firm where he served as Co-Head of M&A and a member of the investment committee. During his tenure he facilitated a $160mm institutional fundraise and the deployment of over $90mm of equity across multiple investments in the industrial sector. Brad served as a director for multiple portfolio companies and was responsible for strategy development, operational improvement initiatives, and general corporate stewardship.Previously, Brad was a M&A Partner with Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he facilitated over $60 billion in corporate transactions and represented prominent private equity firms such as The Blackstone Group, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., and Warburg Pincus. Brad started his career as an officer in the United States Army and is a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom. He earned a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.S. from Georgetown University. Brad enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He is actively involved with several veteran-centered organizations and is a member of YPO.
