Mr. Schreck has held senior executive positions since late 1986 with the following firms:• VectraCor- Founder, President & CEO ` Fairchild Med - Pres & CEO • CR Bard – VP of Marketing• Pfizer (Howmedica) – Global VP, Mktg & Prod. Dev.• Tyco – VP of Mktg• EZEM - Sr VP- Global Sales, Mktg & R&D Since leaving Bard in 1989, he has focused his attention on turnaround companies and development stage companies. He left Bard to become Pres & CEO of Fairchild Med. Fairchild had flat sales and losing money. In the next 2 yrs with Schreck’s direction, the company tripled sales and became profitable. Bard recruited Schreck to return and turnaround the Home Health Div (Renamed to Bard Patient Care), which had 5 years of negative to flat growth with a low tech product line. The team for the next 6 years produced Double Digit Sales every year for six years and released numerous products, including an acquisition and many distribution agreements. Patient Care was one of the fastest growing divisions of Bard during this time. Bard merged this division into the Bard Medical Div and moved it to Atlanta. At this time, Pfizer recruited Schreck to turnaround the Trauma, Spine, and Sports Medicine Divisions, which had 5 years of negative growth. In the next 4 years under Schreck’s direction, Howmedica had Double Digit Sales growth and released 50 new products. He was part of the executive team to sell the Div to Stryker in 1999. After Pfizer, Schreck went to Tyco’s Surgical Dynamics Div, which was also sold to Stryker. He then was recruited by EZEM in 2002 to turnaround EZEM. His responsibility was Sr VP of Global Sales, Mktg and R&D. During his 6 year term, EZEM had Double Digit Growth and Net Income Growth and released 35 products. In Oct 2007, EZEM was listed on Forbes top 200 companies in the US for financial results for the previous 5 years. Mr. Schreck was a key executive in selling the company to Bracco in April 2008.
