Director Of Sales And Marketing
CurrentI am honored and excited to join a well-respected, community-focused organization such as Great Eastern Radio. I grew up listening to GER's flagship station, Q106, in the Upper Valley. Over the following decades, I watched this veteran broadcasting team grow into Vermont and New Hampshire's largest radio group with over 12 stations in six formats (many #1 within their markets) reaching listeners from the Canadian to the Massachusetts borders of Vermont, as well as Southern New Hampshire, Western Massachusetts and New York's North Country surrounding Plattsburgh. This nearly statewide coverage of Vermont is a huge value proposition for any business, organization, political campaign or advocacy group looking to reach a huge audience within the Green Mountain State. And clients can target audiences by geography and demographics using GER's multiple formats and geographic radio clusters. But most importantly, GER has achieved this prominence by becoming ingrained within the communities and actively supporting the businesses that they serve. This commitment to helping businesses and communities grow is what attracted me most to this new opportunity. And where I knew I could help take it to the next level.I'm excited to bring my many years of experience and contacts in business, sales, marketing, events, promotion, media and more to my new role at GER. This position gives me even more opportunities to help businesses and organizations of all sizes promote their brands and message to a vast audience in creative, entertaining and memorable ways. My goal is to make advertising that is easy, effective and actually FUN at the same time. And I want to use this powerful platform to make a real difference within our communities through partnerships and sponsorships. And finally, after many years of being a working musician and all around music lover, I'm thrilled to be working in a field in which music plays such an integral part. It's the start of much more to come.
