Technical Experience:23 years professional experience in a wide range of areas relating to the assessment and remediation of contaminated land and groundwater in Australia. While at WSP my role has focused on technical development and auditing, including:• RAAF Base Darwin, RAAF Base Tindal and RAAF Base Townsville PFAS assessments and audits.• Former mine sites.• Large industrial sites (chemical manufacturing).• Auditing multiple sites for residential development.I have also undertaken two secondments with EPA Victoria and was a key contributor to the CUTEP reform undertaken in 2013, including the revision of guidelines for CUTEP submissions.My general experience includes extensive assessment, remediation and auditing of contaminated sites including the redevelopment of former commercial/industrial sites for residential use. Key clients/projects I have worked on include:• Shell Refinery (Geelong);• BP, Caltex and Mobil (over 100 sites);• Property developers: Australand (Freshwater Place), Stockland (several sites), Salta Properties (Victoria Gardens)• Manufacturing : Orica, Alcoa. • Government : Department of Defence (multiple sites), Department of Finance and Treasury (multiple sites) and Department of Human Services (multiple sites).Previous employment roles includied:• Victorian manager for the contaminated land team of Coffey Environments– Responsible for approximately 70 staff and an annual turnover of approximately $16 million dollars.• Business Development Manager (Victoria).
