• Planned, managed, and executed substantial drilling programs resulting in over 140 Horizontal Cardium, Elkton and Lower Mannville oil and gas wells at Garrington. Yearly programs consisted of up to 40 wells, gross.
• Interpreted core, created maps and aided in reservoir simulation models to facilitate adding volumes of 40 MBOED and 20 MMBOE of reserves through drilling programs.
• Identified and instigated the successful delineation drilling of emerging Elkton carbonate and Deep Basin Mannville clastic plays while continuously exploiting large Cardium land base.
• Constantly exceeded expectations as a team and surpassed budgeted volumes by as much as 1200BOED per year (+13%) and improved operating expenses from ~$12 to <$7.
• Evaluated up to 10 acquisition opportunities per year resulting in two cashless swaps and four acquisitions adding over 400 BOED and numerous upside locations that have so far added over 500 BOEPD.
• Relentlessly endeavored to rotate out non-core properties and reduce corporate risk profile through farmouts.

• Identified and planned a 50+ Horizontal Peace River Arch unconventional Montney program.
• Mapped, planned and executed 18 exploration and development wells in the Peace River Arch Alberta and NEBC and at Judy Creek and Virginia Hills Swan Hills Fields for Cretaceous through Devonian targets resulting in.

• Exploited a recent corporate acquisition by drilling 10 exploration and development wells in NEBC Peace River Arch for Cretaceous to Carboniferous targets adding 3.5MMCFD and 2 BCF.
• Involved in drilling a partner-operated 3500m Swan Hills reef exploration well at Caroline.

• Explored and developed properties at Whitecourt, Thorsby, Herronton, Swan Hills, Drumheller, and SW Saskatchewan for Cretaceous through Mississippian targets drilling 40 (7HZ) wells resulting in the addition of 3200.
• Involved in reverse takeover of publicly traded company (Lexxor) that was then built into a 6–fold stock price increase. Private company Sine Energy was the purchaser.

• Exploited Cretaceous through Devonian targets in NEBC Peace River Arch, Central Alberta and Caroline foothills and deep basin resulting in the drilling of 29 wells (1 HZ) and adding over 6000 BOED and 5 MMBOE.
• Evaluated several acquisition opportunities resulting in competitive bid submissions.

• Initiated and executed company’s first Edmonton sand shallow gas drilling program as part of a multi-year 27 well exploration and development drilling program targeting the Cretaceous, Mississippian, Leduc and Nisku in.
• Aided engineering in maintenance and development of the Joffre Viking CO2 flood.
• Numac was purchased by Anderson Exploration in 2001. Work continued at Anderson for several months.

• Extensively mapped the Slave Point and Keg River carbonates in northern Alberta and BC in search of 250+ Bcf targets resulting in several prospects to pursue while adding 5700 BOED and 4.3 MMBOE by drilling 3 HZ Slave.
• Assisted engineering in the maintenance of the Mitsue Gilwood miscible flood.
• Represented Chevron Canada at a corporate clastic sedimentology workshop in Utah, USA.

• Discovered a prospective Falher shore-face trend through integration of subsurface and coal exploration logs, core, cuttings and outcrop in the Alberta and B.C. front ranges and foothills resulting in a recommendation.
• Mapped the Belly River and Glauconitic Formations in SW Alberta resulting in identification of prospective gas exploration fairways.
• Mapped a portion of the Pembina Cardium Field resulting in the implementation of a partner acquisition and optimization program and a recommendation to acquire the operator.
• Generated Lower Cretaceous and Jurassic prospects in Caroline-Garrington
• Created detailed maps incorporating a comprehensive core evaluation of the Upper Shaunavon in Southwest Saskatchewan resulting in the formulation of a depositional model to aid in exploration efforts.
• Analyzed the effects of diagenesis upon porosity and permeability and interpreted depositional settings to help solidify Baldonnel development drilling opportunities in the Northeast British Columbia foothills.
