• Recruited to P&L lead for CSC’s Department of Transportation business, with revenue of $90M and staff of 450.
• Led turnaround for business area with shrinking revenue/margin and several operational issues, growing revenue and profitability with more than $160M in strategic contract wins.
• Lead executive, directing the capture of a key win that brought CSC its first work with the FAA’s Office of the CIO, and implementing the FAA’s first Cloud-based enterprise system with a contract value of $91.4M.

• Assigned to drive the turnaround of a highly visible troubled software development/systems integration program with staff of 200 and annual revenue of $40M.
• Originally assigned as part of a short-term program turn-around team, and asked to continue as lead executive for the program.
• Orchestrated successful delivery of a modernized system with the functionality and architecture needed to take the FAA into NextGen, advancing traffic management across the National Airspace System.

• Successfully managed capture efforts ranging in value from $25M – $350M.
• Took over troubled $60M Department of Education technical proposal and orals, resulting in win.
