* Human Resources Business Partner for multiple client groups within Engineering (Infrastructure, Commerce, Apps, Corporate Engineering, QA/Test) supporting ~600 employees. * Partnered with Directors and VPs across a range of programs and issues including salary/equity planning, performance management, retention, counteroffers, legal issues, employee relations, benefits, coaching and development, etc.* Worked with compensation team to assist in building job ladders and benchmarking salaries.* Facilitated trainings for new managers.

* Recruiting Manager for the team that handled Google's offices in Waterloo, Montreal, Chicago, Atlanta, and Austin.* Partnered with Heads of Engineering in each office to build out local recruiting strategies.

Mountain View * Managed a team of over a dozen recruiters and sourcers responsible for building out the Google Engineering Platforms group.* Ran leadership/executive hiring.Tokyo:* Special project in our Tokyo office to assess overall staffing function, augment staff, improve process, train new and existing employees on Google systems and processes, launch new programs, and help build relationships between the local team and important partners in Mountain View.* Shared responsibility for daily management of the Japan team (10-14 employees, mix of contract/full-time).Israel:* Partnered with two new Engineering Directors in our Haifa and Tel Aviv offices to assist them in growing their engineering teams and hiring and training local recruiting staff. * Personally grew Haifa from zero to 25 Software Engineers and Tel Aviv from zero to 10 Software Engineers. * Hired and trained two local recruiters and a recruiting coordinator.* Created new graduate and industry-level compensation guidelines for the Israeli market.

Mountain View Engineering:* Recruited for roles across most of the engineering organization. * Ran multiple hiring councils in addition to assisting with executive offer review.* Trained and onboarded new hires in the recruiting organization.Seattle Engineering: * Sole initial recruiter for Google’s Kirkland site. * Built office from 2 to 30 Software Engineers. * Ran open houses, batch interview weeks and university events.* Interviewed, hired, and trained local recruiting team.
