Built monthly, quarterly, and yearly kick-off slide-decks for leadership to utilize. • System Admin for Crelate (CRM) - designed system architecture & workflows, best practices, and training aligning with the organizations overall goals & objectives. • Subject Matter Expert in strategic sourcing for industry-related targets; including messaging, market mapping, and training. Tools include: ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Careerbuilder, HireEZ, Claro, among others. • Generate new business development targets through industry research and market analysis. • Maintain new, existing, and closed revenue opportunities through Sales workflows. • Analyze sales funnel and deal potential through Crelate and Hubspot. Act as Hubspot SME for team. • Developed recruitment and business development processes and training utilized in new employee training as well as continuing education. • Collaborate with legal team, generating new client recruitment/consulting contracts and renewals. • Act as the liaison with Finance department, collaborating on new invoices, outstanding invoices, and commission reports. In January 2023, WilsonHCG acquired Personify & Mackenzie Ryan. Transitioned into WilsonCWS team; post-acquistion.
