• Grew Tellabs’ market share in excess of 25%, achieving >90% penetration with our NGDLC platform, virtually eliminating new installations of the competition’s solution.
• Maintained strong relationships with numerous customers, ranging from first line managers to top executives, across all disciplines within AT&T’s network organization.

• Provided HQ staff support to BellSouth’s 9-state region as the corporation embarked on a new initiative to outsource their OSPE function.
• Primary point of contact / staff resource for over 200 management employees who were assigned the new role of Project Manager (PM) in BellSouth’s OSPE&C organization.
• Coordinated the development and implementation of a regionally standardized software tool to manage the flow of engineering work from BellSouth to their new contract engineering partners.
