I am President, Director of Investigation, and Director of Operations. My responsibilities include the executive management of all physical security/protective services and investigative operations within the continental United States. I provide organizational leadership, create and maintain agency guidelines and maintain quality control standards. As director of physical security and protective services I supervise all armed security personnel, evaluate incidents and use of force encounters, complete physical security and safety assessments and coordinate armed security operations. I am also responsible for developing standard operating procedures and ensuring contract compliance within the defined scope of work. As Director of Investigation I plan, coordinate, and supervise the collection of intelligence, surveillance footage and related information. As the need arises, I perform the duties of an investigator to include: physical and electronic surveillance, gathering facts and evidence; information analysis of facts gathered throughout the investigative process, and other investigative functions.

As a police officer my primary duty was the protection of life and property through crime prevention and the enforcement of laws and ordinances. I was responsible for enforcing city, county, state and federal law. I patrolled the city of Clarence to prevent, discover, and deter the commission of crime, to enforce criminal law, direct traffic, and to enforce motor vehicle laws and parking regulations. I responded to police calls and complaints involving fire, automobile accidents, domestic and neighborhood disturbances, assaults, robberies, and other crimes. I provided detailed reports on police-related activities; interviewed persons with complaints or directed them to the proper authorities; secured crime scenes, administer first aid, arbitrated disputes, conducted preliminary and follow-up investigations, gathered evidence, obtained witness statements, apprehend suspects, made arrests, and transported offenders to jail. I attended periodic training classes in police methods, first aid, firearms and related subjects.
