We also have implemented full redundancy on our infrastructure, including redundant ISP's, Security Appliances, Cores, and a full-room battery backup system. Cost savings have been another primary focus with reductions in telecommunications, licensing, printing, and hardware expenses, along with contract renegotiations. Systems security is another hyper-focused area with new implementations of KnowBe4 Phishing Training and Check Point Harmony EndPoint and Email Protection; which in 5 short months has blocked over 62,000 malicious emails.
