Developed and led top tier teams of attorneys, investigators, auditors, contract specialists, consultants and experts, prosecuting civil violations on major fraud cases involving government programatic fraud.* Established own law firm dedicated to litigation under the False Claims Act. Served as a consultant, as an expert, and as lead counsel on significant fraud matters. Cases involved DoD, Department of Commerce, FDA, DHHS, OPM, State Department on such programs including foreign military sales of the F-16, the stealth bomber, telecommunications, government contractors, tampered with food products, federal insurance, defective land mines,and others, recovering hundreds of millions of dollars to the US Treasury.Segued from law into business and the arts following a diagnosis of Parkinsons in 1999.
