Current(Concurrent Role with Schwan’s Position Below) Responsible for defining and driving the strategic direction of bibigo, the company’s flagship global brand with more than $1.5 billion USD retail sales across 50+ countries. Includes global brand positioning stewardship; designing growth strategies in collaboration with country teams; managing the brand’s global innovation strategy with cross-functional partners and country teams; and supporting individual market needs through the development of global campaigns, assets and activations. Also responsible for ensuring brand consistency across markets through leadership of Global Brand Board. Additional responsibilities include global brand growth strategy for emerging brands (local and regional brands with potential for broader global expansion), and developing new brands in key growth platforms such as snacks, beverages and noodles.
