Krempp Lumber is a full service Homecenter suppling building materials and hardware, along with a full service Kitchen & Bath Design Center. As General Manger since 2015, I have led my amazing staff to a +100% organic sales growth and +500% in Annual Net Profit. We have posted multiple record years, And on track to do the same this year. My last few years here are proof, that great people working together accomplish great things! I do my best to empower our people to think on their own, and I always value their input! I often let their experience and intellect guide my daily and weekly management decisions. And this philosophy has proved to succeed year after year!In the April issue of LBM Journal, Krempp Lumber was recognized as 1 of 5, 2020 LMB Dealers of the Year!As General Manager, I am our primary buyer and manager of our $3MM in inventory. In addition to my role in purchasing, I also monitor our weekly inventories to insure we are as close to 100% in stock all the time while continuing to turn our inventory through intelligent purchasing habits. Through my dedication to finding and selecting the best deals through our network of over 50 vendors, I continue to raise profit margin on an annual basis. While purchasing and managing our inventory takes up a bulk of my time, I am also responsible for recruiting, hiring, employee management and coaching, and resolving all customer opportunities. Our success at Krempp Lumber also allows us to donate monetarily to local non-profits and schools within our county to give back to the community that supports us everyday. As President of the local chapter of National Association of Home Builders, I am very active in monthly member meetings and sit on numerous committees that raise money and allow our association to both give nationally, as well as to our local community.

In 3 years in my role as RMS, I led a team of more than 50 people, covering 1/3 of the state of Ohio to Mondelez’s greatest achievements. In 2014, I was inducted into the Mondelez National Circle of Champions. This award was presented each year to the Top 20 Mangers in their given role throughout the United States. During my 3 years as Manager in Ohio, I achieved a +7% Annual Sales Growth for my managed territory of 124 stores.

For 9.5 years, I ran multiple sales territories throughout Central Indiana calling on Kroger’s, Walmart’s, Meijer’s, as well as Independent Grocers. Every year, my territory saw +10% store over store sales growth under my direction, placing my me in the top 10% of the 430 territories throughout IN, OH, MI, and KY on an annual basis.
