I am currently a third year student at the University of Cincinnati College of Engineering and Applied Sciences, with the plan to graduate in the spring of 2026. I got started in the construction industry during high school when I started my own company, Handy Son For Hire, which built decks and porches. I was able to learn about the construction process from a young age by going out to bid jobs, receive permitting, acquire materials, manage financials, & construct each job on my own. I have Co-Op'd with NorthPoint Development for three semesters now and I have been involved with many different steps of the development process. I worked at our 1,800 acre Keystone Trade Center site helping to oversee and manage utility relocations of gas, electric (transmission & distribution), sanitary, potable, & rail. I was also involved directly with the mass Earthwork required to build our pads and then the actual construction of multiple 1 million plus sf warehouses.
