Facilitated a transformative canoeing and camping trip in the Boundary Waters for incoming first year students. Engaged participants in a life-changing experience to enhance transition to college life.

Provided daily oversight and completion of on-site operational needs for the absentee ranch owner for a fully functioning 200-head, 1200 acre cow-calf ranch. Tasks included carrying out daily herd nutrition needs and monitoring herd health, pasture rotation, fence and ranch maintenance, under the direction of the owner. Completed renovation of house yard landscaping and indoor painting projects.

Provided oversight for small groups of weekly campers. Built trusting relationships between campers and fellow staff members. Guided campers as they constructed their connection with others, the environment, and God.
