As a double major in Political Science and Government, and History from Shepherd University, I have always been passionate about public service and social impact. That is why I joined Diligent, the leading provider of modern governance solutions for nonprofits, foundations, education, and public sector organizations. As the Global Director of Sales Development, I direct a global and high-performing team of 18 SDRs and two managers across the Mission Driven Brands, covering North America, EMEA, and APAC regions. I am responsible for driving pipeline & booking growth, generating qualified leads, and optimizing sales processes.In my previous role as a Lead Development Representative for SLED at Amazon Web Services, I gained valuable experience in selling cloud computing solutions to state, local, and education customers, helping them achieve their digital transformation and innovation goals. I also developed strong cross-functional collaborations with account executives, marketing managers, and technical specialists, as well as a deep understanding of the SLED market dynamics and challenges.
